Changing Availability

SkedgeAlert's feature of Availability allows you to receive only appointment Alerts that meet your schedule.

To update your availability for FUTURE Connections

  1. Tap the Menu (three stacked lines) on the Home screen

  2. Tap the My Availability

  3. Tap and enter the appropriate Date Range, Days or Time

  4. Tap Save Changes

Update your Availability for a specific Provider

  1. Tap Connections on the Home screen

  2. Find the Provider you are already connected with

  3. Tap the Provider card for a detailed view

  4. Tap Change next to My Availability or Provider Specific Availability

  5. Tap and enter the appropriate Date Range, Days or Time

  6. Tap Save Changes

  7. Decide if you would like to update your default settings.Tap Yes, if you would like all new connections to have this new availability. Tap No, if you want this to apply only to this Provider.
