Changing my Appointment Reason or Type
As you move through the steps of connecting with a provider, you will now receive a prompt to set an Appointment Type. You are also able to tap a Connected Provider card and use the ellipses (three dots) menu to update the Appointment Type at any time.
To Change an Appointment Type with a Provider you are already Connected with:
Tap Connections
Tap to expand the Provider card you wish to view/edit
Tap the ellipses (three dots) menu in the upper right-hand corner
Tap Appointment Types
Tap the Appointment Type button on the right
Select the Appointment Type
Tap Save to save choice
Tap Save again to save and exit the Appointment Types screen
You are all set! You have now updated your Appointment Type with this Provider.
