Not getting Alerts

There are a couple of reasons you may not be receiving Alerts. Let’s check a few things:

  1. Check to make sure you have a Connected Provider

  2. Through your Connected Provider card, ensure Alert Settings are turned on

  3. Check your Availability settings on your Connected Provider Card. The narrower your Availability, the fewer Alerts you will receive

  4. It is possible that your provider has not sent any alerts since you connected with them
