Money-back Guarantee Conditions
At least one appointment booked per month per provider or provider fee is refunded, if the following is met:

Customer must send 10 alerts per week per provider

Each alert sent must have at least 20 recipients per alert

Customer must submit a request for the guarantee within 15-days post month-end

Requests will then be reviewed and approved/rejected for a refund by SkedgeAlert by end of that month

The refund amount for a provider who meets the Guarantee conditions would be the incremental value of the "Additional Providers" for that contract
